Regulation 24, IRDAI (Fees of Policy-holders) Regulations, 2020 [S78-XW1]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the policy-holder shall apply to the Authority in Form IRDA-8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
