Periodical return.—Every operator of a fuel station carrying on the running of a fuel station shall furnish to the Civil Defence Controller, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a return in Form D of every register of shelters received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for three days from the date on which it is furnished.
