Clause 2, Disaster Management (No-objection certificate Control) Order, 2020 [S78-VDY]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "operator of a fuel station" means a person carrying on the running of a fuel station; (c) "no-objection certificate" means a no-objection certificate received, held or disposed of by a operator of a fuel station in the course of the running of a fuel station; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
