Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a cinema who ceases to carry on the running of a cinema shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Broadcasting Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every periodical held by him has been disposed of.
