Intimation of change.—Every aerodrome operator shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form CA-7 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
