Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a place of public resort shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form IV and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
