Surrender of certificate.—Every registered priest who ceases to carry on the performance of marriage ceremonies shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
