Surrender of certificate.—Every riparian owner who ceases to carry on the drawing of water from a river shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Irrigation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
