Application for registration.—Every data processor carrying on the processing of personal data on behalf of a data fiduciary shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form A, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every computer resource held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
