Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981 (Gujarat Act 30 of 1981); (b) "pilot of a port" means a person carrying on the pilotage of vessels; (c) "log book" means a log book received, held or disposed of by a pilot of a port in the course of the pilotage of vessels; (d) "Form 7" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
