Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the broker shall apply to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Registrar of Warehouses shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
