Application for registration.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform carrying on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall make an application for registration to the National Commission in Form H, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every standard mark held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
