Intimation of change.—Every licensee shall intimate to the Government of Gujarat, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Gujarat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
