Intimation of change.—Every importer shall intimate to the Commissioner of Customs, in Form GST DRC-03 and within twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Customs shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
