Application for registration.—Every management of a school carrying on the running of a school shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of recognition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
