Application for registration.—Every registered organisation carrying on the working of an organisation for persons with disabilities shall make an application for registration to the State Commissioner in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every contract held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
