Intimation of change.—Every food business operator shall intimate to the Food Authority, in Form B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Food Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees.
