Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a ferry who ceases to carry on the operation of a ferry shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every water meter held by him has been disposed of.
