Application for registration.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant carrying on the treatment of sewage shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every water meter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
