Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a slaughter house who ceases to carry on the running of a slaughter house shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every ration card held by him has been disposed of.
