Application for registration.—Every customs broker carrying on the business of a customs broker shall make an application for registration to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GST RFD-01, within twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
