Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the supply of electricity shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every supply line held by him has been disposed of.
