Intimation of change.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal shall intimate to the District Education Officer, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Education Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
