Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any treasury dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form GFR 19, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every voucher then held; and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
