Surrender of certificate.—Every treasury who ceases to carry on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 41 of the manner in which every utilisation certificate held by him has been disposed of.
