Application for registration.—Every treasury carrying on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall make an application for registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form GFR 25, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
