Surrender of certificate.—Every annuity service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of annuities shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every contribution held by him has been disposed of.
