Intimation of change.—Every merchant banker shall intimate to the Investor Protection Fund Trust, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Investor Protection Fund Trust shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
