Report to the Government.—The Superintendent of Police shall prepare, within ten days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of transporters of explosives whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of West Bengal and publish it within thirty days of its preparation.
