Intimation of change.—Every person responsible for paying shall intimate to the Principal Chief Commissioner, in Form 26Q and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
