Rule 31, Kerala Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2019 [S76-XDS]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person responsible for paying shall apply to the Principal Chief Commissioner in Form 35 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Principal Chief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
