Intimation of change.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall intimate to the Chairperson of the Council, in Form E and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chairperson of the Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
