Surrender of certificate.—Every cable landing station operator who ceases to carry on the operation of a cable landing station shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every interconnection agreement held by him has been disposed of.
