Clause 2, Tamil Nadu Fire Service (Relief material Control) Order, 2018 [S76-PQ1]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Tamil Nadu Fire Service Act, 1985 (Tamil Nadu Act 11 of 1985); (b) "owner of a school building" means a person carrying on the safety of a school building; (c) "evacuation plan" means a evacuation plan received, held or disposed of by a owner of a school building in the course of the safety of a school building; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
