Intimation of change.—Every pharmacist shall intimate to the Appropriate Authority, in Form 20-B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
