Application for registration.—Every pharmacist carrying on the practice of pharmacy shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Authority in Form 20-B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
