Intimation of change.—Every supplier of relief materials shall intimate to the Civil Defence Controller, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Civil Defence Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
