Surrender of certificate.—Every company who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business by a company shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Director in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every statement of affairs held by him has been disposed of.
