Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Export Inspection Council by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form SEZ-2; and the Export Inspection Council shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
