Surrender of certificate.—Every recipient of foreign contribution who ceases to carry on the receipt of foreign contribution shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Inspection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-1 of the manner in which every certificate of origin held by him has been disposed of.
