Surrender of certificate.—Every hawker of food who ceases to carry on the hawking of food shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every article of food held by him has been disposed of.
