Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hawker of food shall apply to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of three thousand rupees, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
