Application for registration.—Every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall make an application for registration to the Housing Board in Form E, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every tenancy agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
