Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the shipping agent reporting crew shall apply to the passport authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the passport authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
