Surrender of certificate.—Every shipping agent reporting crew who ceases to carry on the reporting of crew arriving in India shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the passport authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form X of the manner in which every certificate of naturalisation held by him has been disposed of.
