Periodical return.—Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall furnish to the Revenue Divisional Officer, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form 1 of every survey number received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for ninety days from the date on which it is furnished.
