Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "open access consumer" means a person carrying on the drawal of electricity under open access; (c) "meter" means a meter received, held or disposed of by a open access consumer in the course of the drawal of electricity under open access; (d) "Form VI" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
