Conditions of registration.—Every genetic counselling centre shall carry on the running of a genetic counselling centre only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every certificate of registration in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such certificate of registration for inspection on request by the Registrar of the Council, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
