Intimation of change.—Every genetic counselling centre shall intimate to the State Medical Council, in Form 28 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Medical Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
