Grant of certificate of registration.—The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of fifty thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form CA-3 within sixty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every log book stated in the application.
